You are eligible to request a refund for Email Hosting services within 14 days of making a payment, as long as you have not used cryptocurrency for the payment and you have not violated our Terms of Service. 

To request a refund, kindly cancel your service in the OnePoundEmail client portal and then submit a support ticket for the refund.
