1. Service Requirements
The domains that you add to our system must be legitimate, managed by you, and not associated with any spam or scam-related activity.
It is required that all domains sending through our outbound email service have valid SPF and MX records in place.
Each email address is limited to sending a maximum of 300 outbound emails per hour. The creation of additional accounts to circumvent this limit is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Activities
To protect the integrity of our services and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the following activities are forbidden:
- Forums or communities that share and/or trade compromised personal data (leak forums).
- Forums or communities that share and/or trade pornographic material.
- Sending bulk emails to @qq.com email addresses.
- Deceptive use of our services to sign up for third-party accounts in large volumes (e.g., using catchalls and randomly generated aliases).
- Bulk forwarding for multiple domains.
- Sending SMS messages via email.
- Sending bulk marketing emails (regardless of opt-in status).
- Providing or using "warmup" services.
- Sending large quantities of junk emails not intended for human consumption to third-party email services.
- Engaging in activities that damage IP address reputation.
- Abusing server system resources.
- Spoofing “From” headers to display a third party or domain that you do not own or manage.
- Storing website files, databases, or other non-email-related media.
3. Zero Spam Policy
Outgoing spam is strictly prohibited. All mailing lists must be double opt-in, meaning clients must sign up and verify their email address before being added to any mailing list. Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination. Intentional unsolicited marketing emails will be billed at a rate of £1 per email.
