PayPal Subscription Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes clients may need to cancel their services for various reasons. When such a situation arises, it is important to remember that PayPal subscriptions are entirely the responsibility of the client.

If you wish to cancel a service that has an existing PayPal subscription, you must take the necessary steps within the PayPal platform to cancel the subscription. Failure to do so may result in continued subscription payments being made, even when the service is no longer active.

In the event that subscription payments are made while there is no active service, we will credit the amount to your account balance. Please note:

  • Any applicable fees will be deducted from the credit amount.
  • We may allow you to withdraw the credit back to your PayPal balance, but this will be at our discretion.
