As some of you may have noticed, particularly in recent months, the default DNS management section in our control panel hasn't offered the best user experience, which has caused an extra load on our support system.

As part of our service partner's commitment to upgrading email services, they've created a fully custom re-imagined DNS management page built from scratch, making it easier than ever to use our service.

This system has now been implemented across OnePoundEmail's packages, and has replaced the old style DNS management page.
