To address this, we are phasing out the use of our noreply@ email address. Going forward, all service-related communications will come from monitored email addresses, ensuring that any replies or questions you send receive the attention they deserve from our support team.
In addition, we are also implementing a new policy regarding email bouncebacks. If we notice that emails to your registered address bounce back repeatedly, your account may be marked as inactive. This step is necessary to maintain the integrity of our email relay system and prevent issues for other users.
If your account is marked inactive due to email bounces, you may contact us once the issue is resolved to reactivate your account.
